The purpose of our policy and investment advisory work is to create a level playing field that allows our client to obtain maximum gain in large-scale investment projects that always have policy impacts and drive negotiations. We do not engage in politics. This is the prerogative of the negotiating parties. We do, however, assist our client alongside two main levers.

We use state-of-the-art analytical tools and mathematical models like international private equity companies, banks, venture capitalists, multinational corporations, and sophisticated governments. In doing so, we determine the cash value of each and every ‘bargaining chip’, employment promise, future cash revenue, value of collateral in future terms and more brought into the negotiations by either side. This way negotiators and decision makers transparent numbers to base their decisions on: agreement, ‘raise the stakes’, or ‘walk away’ (BATNA).
